Francisco Penaloza Posted March 25, 2013 Share Posted March 25, 2013 Houdini it been for a while in the market, although it main focus is Movie VFX, it is very powerfull and I am sure that it can be used for Architectural visualization. Now how it main purpose is VFX do a simple house rendering with it may be like fixing a wrist watch with an slash hammer I am pretty sure it can be done in a nice way; if you have the pocket to justify $4K plus software only to create clouds or water, otherwise can be easily created with Max VRay, Mental Ray, Vue and others, Blender has very good fluid simulation and volumetrics tools too Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
