I really appreciate any kind of feedback that might improve the image. I created this using 3dsmax, rendered with vray and did post production in Photoshop. ivanjay
Hi, my first two thoughts is the glare / light cast is a bit superficial for me. I know it enhances the show but I find it distracting. Your materials appear very flat to me. Tile should have bump or displacement and the stainless should be doing some cool things with glare. Try to give those materials a but more depth and complexity in my eyes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
nagasrisha
Thankyou Ivan for your feedback. As you suggested I adjusted the rays, and increased the bump of tiles. I also added a small glare on kettle. Any critiques from other scholars would be appreciated. Edited March 22, 2015 by nagasrisha
ryannelson
I think something is burning in the oven, there's a lot of smoke in the air.
cafric1
The only thing that really bothers me is the heavy AO at the top where the cabinets hit the ceiling. It's too much.
nagasrisha
Sorry for responding lately..I was busy in real life since few days. @ ryannelson : dont worry , I turned off the stove! @ cafric1 : Thanks for your feedback Chris ... true , I agree with you . meherthakker
Its true as Chris mentioned...huge contrast in lighting between ceiling and the cabinets...but well good work mate..!!
marcellabbe
I suppose it's a design choice to not have the same color cabinets at the top and the bottom. But perhaps have the same black handles on the top ones for a bit of contrast. Just a thought. Good work.
