caseygreen
Hi all, When I try to put my design in context, with a real picture as background, the result is not great. The original context picture, before the render looks much better than after. Do you know perhaps why? Or maybe you could suggest me another way ho to properly place your design in context. Thank you Attached there are the outcome render (WIP) and the original context picture.
Jesper Pedersen
Hi Casey, Please don't build anything new it that amazing woodland ! Regarding your settings, my advice would be buy an evermotion library and look at how their setting were done (ie reverse-engineer the scene and apply it to your project). When we were new to vRay this approach saved us a huge amount of time. Regards Jesper Pedersen http://www.pedersenfocus.ie
Corey Beaulieu
Why would you not just apply this in post? Vray is going to downsample the image based in the blur amount in the input as well as other factors. You can leave what you have for reflect/refract, but you will get the best BG result in Photoshop.
