How to blend bump-normal map seams???

Im trying to render a character with 4K textures. The UV unwrapping is very good, but the face is separated from the neck, because we want more detail in face. In diffuse it looks very good, the problem is that I cannot create a bump map that blends correctly in the seams. As you can see in the image, I got nice details in face, but a very low res in neck, and also a visible line in seam. Actually, there are no need to have more resolution in neck, I just want to blend the seams. I tried to blur both limits in mudbox but it gets worst. What can I do? The final render will be in 3ds max and vray.
