  1. Haha. I see it now. The timber floor is a giveaway. Feedback would be cool regardless.
  2. I agree with you. I realized recently that to truly stand out you really have to commit to study as much as one does to creation and be open to criticism to improve.
  3. Studio/Institution: VNV Studio Genre: Residential Interior Software: 3ds max 2014, photoshop Website: http://www.vnvstudio.co.za Description: Hello, I would please appreciate some feedback on this photo montage I am working on to practice seamlessly merging a real photograph with 3D and images to create a new visualization with a different mood. Thank you.
  4. Ultimately it's about how much they stand to gain or profit from your work. Asking questions that help give you a clearer understanding of the project requirements to give the client maximum value is an important part of the process. Yes, I do believe in educating clients on the real value of visualizations because the cost to maintain a 3D studio are inherently high and one needs to factor that in too. One can be equally successful in charging fixed rates for their work because they know how much they need to make to cover costs through experience (usually ). It really is dependent on how you market yourself and what value YOU put on your work. There is no one size fits all answer, sadly.
  5. Charge based on the value you bring to your client. Your renders serve as a means to make them more money. So look at your work as an investment to them and you should make them aware of this.
