I am testing mental ray's ghost_ctrl features and want to know more about irradiance particles. I was able to get true IBL (with shadows!) using this method. Unfortunately, all of my materials that had displacement or bump maps rendered flat.
If anyone knows a good workflow for MR + IP for IBL, please share.
