3dsMax 2011- Renaming all scene textures and materials into having a prefixed header?

Hello Forums,

I have come to a problem where I need to have headers added for each and every texture and material in my scene, e.g;

texture001

texture002

texture003

Into:

pants_texture001

pants_texture002

pants_texture003

And same thing for Materials. Problem is, I have no Idea how to do this, no clue how to script for 3ds max, And I REALLY need this more than anything right now.
