Revit to 3ds Max hobby visuals

I am working up some hobby Revit designs in 3ds Max using the vray library of materials and furniture to produce the renders.
Revit has been great to model, but you cant get the same detail as 3ds max polygon modeling with chamfers.
I have two starter projects here, which have some basic photoshop post production.
trying to use HDRi for the site and avoid building landscape.

Open to any thoughts, comments on how these could 'pop' - feel free to crit the architecture design as well :)
My initial thoughts are that the texture maps need dirt/scratches etc
