  1. Hi, I'm doing image of a train, using max 2010 + Vray 2.0 I add HDRI (mapping type=spherical) to my scene but I keep getting the horizen in image background. Moving camera position is very limmitted. How I can control the horizon line position? else, how Vray will ignore horizon line while rendering. Attached jpg demonstrate this issue. Thanks.
  2. Hello, I'm rendering max 2010 scene with Vray-2.0 physical camera. I'm using HDRI (mapping type=spherical) in my scene but I keep getting the horizon line and black area below it. I find out this horizon line doesn't show by replacing Vray phisical camera with 3DSmax standard camera. Does anyone have an idea what setup on the Vray camera can give the same output like max standard? Following image rendered by using Vray physical camera: This image rendered by using MAX standard camera: Thank you,
  3. Hello, This is my first post here, decided to join because i've been looking around on how to solve my problem and even though I find the "concepts" on how to do it, I still don't know how to approach it. I was asked to do a flyover on an apartment complex. My problem is that I can't find a good way to make the horizon infinite where it meets with the ground. As I understand it, the skydome method is quite antiquated and the common method today is to use a high res HDRI and just make the ground blend with it on the horizon by using falloff maps. So, does anyone have a link to a tutorial or documentation that explains this a bit further? This is an example on what I mean: Thanks for your time. -Andrew
