    Hi, I have a degree in Architecture and since the course development I have been in love with ArchViz. Since then I have been studying with the goal of making this passion my full-time and final profession. I confess that I have been having difficulties getting projects a little more consistently and this is a little frustrating. I started using Blender and fell in love with the way it works. But to work for an archviz company that uses Blender is very difficult, I rarely find one. I live in Brazil and around here I don't know any company that works with it or is flexible allowing the use. The question is: How soon do you think Blender should enter the market for good, or will it?

This is my very first time posting here. I'm not really sure what I can do more to make this image pop or at least for the time being. I saw different threads here and people were very generous to give tips and ideas so I would love to hear what you guys think. I mean architecture is agreed upon so changing it that much wouldn't be reasonable but who knows as I might just change it completely if it makes sense! Thanks!

    Hi i never managed to work well with SSS materials, so i decided to post up to see if anyone knows about similar issues. Quite often when rendering an SSS material (within the VrayMat) i get this pointillism artifacts (see the image) this is te material i am using didnt try yet the fastSSS or fastSSS2.. whichi i shold probably do, but i gess that SSS should be fine within the VrayMat any light into the issue greatly appreciated.. thanks

    Not sure if this was the right place to post this, but I did a job in late May, sent out the invoice on June 5th. Two "bank" errors and two bounced checks later I still have not been compensated. Now I've been told it'll be another few weeks before they receive more funds. Just wanted some advice as to what options I have or should take soon. And, yes, I sent them the final images on the day of their meeting. I didn't think it would come to this, they are a fairly large company with offices in New York, Austin, and Los Angeles. I even spoke to the president of the company in New York and he said that if the funds were in the Austin branch, then they couldn't cut the check. I can't believe that a company this size isn't still cutting paychecks every two weeks. Thanks.

    Hello, I am a graphic designer for a manufacturing company and they have requested that I look into creating my own REALISTIC 3d roomsets to showcase our products (fireplaces). The products themselves are created in ProE by our R&D team, and they also would like to have a program that allows for interactive animation for consumers on the web. Is 3d Studio the best program for this? Pros? Cons? Right now we are using CS4 for all of our other marketing needs, and I would like something that is compatible with this. Basically, I am starting from scratch in 3d imaging, and any advice that you could pass on would be fantastic! Thanks!
