    Hi, I was wondering if there any free CAD program you can suggest that lets you see the attributes (properties) of objects or lines that are created in autocad? I've tried this link on autocad: http://www.autodesk.com/products/dwg/viewers but it doesn't let me view/see the attributes. The files I am viewing contains information on the attributes/properties and I would like to use a free CAD program to view them. Thank you.

    It's one of the best script i ever seen - free for commercial use and with power of hammer and full of helpful features. Roofs, tiles, floors, walls, complicated systems of blocks - now it easy:) Just use this script and use it to create real 3D roof (presets are included to script!). You can cut your filled walls in angles which you can define for every edge, you can define area (by spline) to fill it with your own component, you can change everything in real time.     I just published 780 textures fore free (sorry no tiled yet, but I will make it soon). You do not need to register or login there, just click Download Free Texture button visible at texture's picture view to get 1500 x 1000 px image for free (private/commercial use allowed).

    I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for rendering programs that can provide decent quality photorealistic renderings inside SketchUp that are free or not very expensive. I was reading about V-Ray but saw that it is also $900 - yikes. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with a program that might be closer to the $150 or less/free range. Thank you! Note: I have another computer and rendering program at my office which I use (a PC there) and have already paid for and it's not compatible with MAC unfortunately. I'm not being cheap I just don't want to pay a lot for yet another program for home use!

    I want to say thank you to CGTEXTURES.COM for release my biiig pack of skies textures (100 skies - blue, puffy clouds etc). It should be helpful for matte painters, archi visualisations and all other digital artists:) Sorry for middle-resolution images (3872x2592) but i have only old digital camera made in 2006 year.     I have found about 5 threads disscussing music for walkthroughs but all relate to sites wehere in the end you pay 50-100$ per song. when browsing free music on google you always get "Royalty-free" sites that arent free at all - royalty free, after paying, so thats not really free. I have a few 500$ projects, I won't pay 200$ just for music thats nuts. you can easily get free legal models, blocks, vector artwork, pixel artworks, fonts, styles, even stock free HD videos! just about anything! - how can I not find any free music for my walk througs? there are probably tuns of bored artists that compose great tunes for fun somewhere on the web, where are they?? does anyone have a site with totaly legal free music and sounds that are longer then a 3 sec loop and are good for walkthough? thanks!     Hey folks, Just need a generic wooden floor tile, high quality, free for non commercial. Nothing too crazy. Just need high res. Every free texture site seems to not have decent floors, you generally have to pay a pretty penny for them. Or should I be using the free tile plugin from CG-Source? Haven't tried it yet.
